Alright, technically I didn’t make this video, ESPN did. But I had to post it here anyway.
A few months back ESPN sent a camera crew to Ole Miss to film a short web documentary and commercial for the Admiral Ackbar mascot movement last fall. Everybody around the Student Media Center dressed their best and hoped for a chance to get on the spot. But I had no idea this was happening – I just showed up for work that morning hungover in my airbrushed “Tonight’s Gonna Be a Good Good Night” T-shirt.
Yet somehow, there I am – on a national TV spot, ESPN’s homepage, and across the internet. Prominently featured enough that drunk people now shout “BANDANA BRO!” when I’m on the square.
Oxford Late Night is back! Though this show was recorded before the first horribly embarrassing football game of the season, we provide plenty of advice on grove etiquette and how to maximize your gameday fun. So in retrospect, you should have probably just stayed at home.
Also on this week’s show we talk about the ubiquitous “rating” scale, lessons we wish we could have learned sooner in life, and listen to Tim detail the finer points of non-verbal seduction.
